I am going to do you "rescuers" all a favor and not go looking for boxes of old rockets needing some TLC. With about 150 kits in storage, numerous partially-built rockets, and parts to build dozens more, I won't be done until I'm in my 90s ...

I wonder if there are any retirement homes that can provide any shop space?
