Here is a design I call the Torpedo 2 because the first version was really messed up. It is basically a elongated Scrappy in reverse.
I hope you folks are not getting sick of these ping pong ball rocket design yet, because I am just getting started with them.
Here are some stats for Torpedo 2:
[1/4A3T-3] Maximum altitude: 112.38320 Ft. DV: 11.5729 MPH
[1/2A3T-4] Maximum altitude: 292.72933 Ft. DV: 6.5519 MPH
[A3T-4] Maximum altitude: 644.50787 Ft DV: 17.9274 MPH
All motors using a 36" launch rod.
PS. This design has no nose cone. I am using a Coupler Tube and a Bulkhead instead. I hope it will work the way I have planned. All opinions on this are greatly appreciated, JP
