Big appreciation for SEMROC
 

Over the past 14 months I've had a lot of build time on my hands. Due to the economy I have been out of work like a lot of people here in the US, and have used the time to sharpen my resume, and get some building done! Being on a fixed income I have to take advantage of the discounts I can get, and when I saw Semrocs SAM program, I was overjoyed. I really do like thier products. Their service is the best I have ever seen from a company, the folks are great to deal with and the product quality speaks for itself. Even though I'm a younger modeler (39) I do like building kits from the 60's through the 80's and Semroc gives me a chance to do so. BIG THANKS TO EVERYBODY AT SEMROC!!

Okay... I'm sold.

I have very little build time (I have two pre-schoolers in my house). BUT, a good deal is a good deal, and Semroc products are really freaking nice! I love that I can download the instructions before I buy - that way I know what I am getting myself into.

I just don't know how a company consisting of so few people can stock more than 100 kits and thousands of parts, and offer same-day shipping. I also like the fact that everything is priced postpaid, so you don't have any unpleasant surprises when you check out.
Their customer service is legendary.

SEMROC folks keep their fingers on the pulse of us old rocket hobbyists. Good thing somebody does or half of us would keel over dead without anything to build!

I know the feeling, I just got my order in, 10 minutes later, i had my moon glo built, sanded and now I'm waiting for the 2nd coat of sanding sealer to dry so I can sand it down. I'm too impatient!! :chuckle: :chuckle:

I like, as a SAM, getting new kit release info. sooner than the general public.
