Hi all,

I hope this is the correct spot for this.

Back at the end of March, I tried to renew. Didn't see/use the c.c. expiration date so re-entered
info and I see "Pending" I've e-mailed and called; nothing.

Again, any ideas?

You could try calling the 800 # to inquire.

I called last Thursday and renewed mine over the phone in like 60 seconds. Without a doubt it's the best, most sure way of not having a problem.

I sent an email over a weekend and had a reply Monday afternoon; Marie was really helpful, when I finally got around to calling and got the renewal done quickly. I had a typo in the card number, but the system didn't give a second chance to re-enter.

I think the system still has some kinks to work out.
