Estes is releasing a plastic RTF X-15, and they're coming out with a Maxi-SpaceShipOne.

The X-15 is NOT Estes' original X-15 RTF. This one takes an 18mm motor. It may be using the Cox X-15 molds.

The 'New' Estes X-15 RTF could very well be the old COX model.

Estes does have the molds for it along with the molds for the Honest John, Nike Zeus, Saturn 1B & Saturn V.

Ya, I keep hearing rumors about various molds they have. Then I also heard that some molds were "destroyed" a few years back when they had that fire that was related to one of their motor buildings.

It would be cool to have that Nike-Zeus back. I've got an original 70's version sitting on my computer hutch, but I'm too chicken to fly that one since it's the only one I have.
