Is the SAM program inactive? Website no longer recognizes that.

It is working for me ... SAM discount kicks in with a $35 minimum order (10%)

In addition to the $35 minimum to see the discount, auto-renewal kicks in after $100 in purchases during the year. Otherwise you have to pay to renew. Your issue is likely related to one of the two.

I was more triggered by the "What's a Sam?" as opposed to the "I am a Sam". It was functional on January 14th in that both the web page was modified and both discounts applied in the cart. This week the SAM + NAR discount applies but not the Sam on the first webpage. I may try logging out and in again.
