Splashdown confirmed at 3:22 p.m. EDT (1922 GMT) in the Pacific Ocean, concluding Dragon's first of 12 operational cargo flights to the International Space Station.

I will be most happy if/when the arrival/departure of cargo vessels from various space platforms is a "non-event". It's been really cool living in the time of exploration --- but I hope to live to see the time of exploitation. :)

Congrats to the hardworking folks at SpaceX for another successful mission, and best of luck to the teams at Orbital and all the other NewSpace companies. Ad astra, all!
